We are triple ISO certified in the following management systems; Quality ISO9001, Environmental ISO14001 and Work, health and safety ISO45001.
We are a team of 9. However, this number is growing steadily to best service our growing number of clients.
We offer mechanical, structural, chemical and process, electrical and automation engineering services (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical, automation and control and structural)
Yes, we provide all of these services. Our team has vast experience across multiple industries.
Projects requiring Front End Engineering Design (FEED), feasibility studies and council approval to industrial facilities ranging from brownfield site expansion to greenfield plant design project and anything in between. All our projects are industrial facilities, infrastructure projects, liquid waste recovery facilities, plant optimization and efficiency projects etc.)
We are completely flexible to our clients requirements. We are small enough to so documentation only jobs or large enough to do large projects with multiple engineers assisting. It all depends on the project requirements!
We come out to your site with our scanning equipment. We scan the environment or object and capture the point cloud data. We register the data and create a master file with all point cloud data attached. We import this into our CAD software to use in the required design application for your project. Easy!!
Using our RE Project Development Process (PDP) at the start of a project allows us to focus heavily on the scope and deliverables. Once these are confirmed, the rest of the project rollout is straight forward.
We have our RE Project Development Process (PDP) which we apply to all projects large or small. This focuses heavily on the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) which ensures we have designed out all issues and have a known budget and timeline with no surprises!!
We use the latest CAD software from Autodesk called Inventor, AutoCAD, Revit and others in the Autodesk suite.
As a triple ISO certified business we have procedures we follow for all office and site based project works.
By working continuously in the various industries we stay across latest standards and regulations. We also have Continuous Professional Development (CPD) which keeps us up to date and we subscribe to Standards Australia.
Meet with Jason &/or Matt on site, agreed on the scope, sign the quotation or proposal, signed the RE Service Agreement and T&C’s and create RE as vendors. The project will start once the preliminaries are signed off.
Visit site, discuss and understand the challenges with key stakeholders to establish the project scope and then prepare the proposal with deliverables which include costs and timelines.
Yes, either Jason or Matt will come out to visit you at your site to talk to you about your project, design or production challenge.
Our engineers hold Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering from South African and Australian Universities.
Yes, Food & Beverage process and FMCG design, Mining and Manufacturing facility design, waste water processing for Fats to Fuel, Structural design, Chemical and process plant design to name a few.
We have discovered over many years that the best way to manage teams is to be on site as often as possible with a hands-on approach.
We understand every project comes with questions. At Realise Engineering, we’re here to guide you through every step with clear answers and expert advice. Let’s make your vision a reality.
